
Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize market share.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of commercial furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
