Business Development Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in business development, new account openings, retention, and management. A proven track record in the Staffing & Recruitment industry is essential. The ideal candidate will have expertise in prospecting, relationship building, and sales strategy execution to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to define sales strategies and engage with targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain accountability for revenue targets as agreed upon with management. Achieve sales and margin targets through effective sales approaches.
  • Determine tailored staffing solutions through consultative sales methods.
  • Research and present the company's services effectively to new clients.
  • Penetrate new markets through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  • Maintain client relationships by making outbound calls to decision-makers, building trust, following up consistently, and securing job orders and inquiries.
  • Develop new business through phone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking events.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention to secure regular business from existing clients.
  • Leverage existing relationships, customer networks, and contacts to open new business opportunities and close deals.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environments, particularly in technology, banking, and financial services in the USA region.
  • A proven history of success with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and managing relationships.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Able to exceed individual goals while working in a fast-paced global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of ATS systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
