**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Meritto. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive business growth through account development and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with experience in selling software products or services in the CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, or Business Process Automation spaces.

This role requires strong communication and people skills, as well as analytical and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our Customer Success team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.

A successful Sales Growth Manager will have a deep understanding of the industry and its current events, as well as the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. This role also involves travel and conducting events as per business requirements.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities Include:

  1. Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and generating interest for sales opportunities.
  2. Following up with prospective clients and closing deals.
  3. Customer retention, training, up-selling, and brand building.
