Job Summary

Fly2Infinity is seeking an experienced Retail Sales and Marketing Director to drive the sales and revenue of our retail division. This critical role will develop and implement retail sales strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and oversee the marketing activities aimed at enhancing the retail division's brand image and attracting new customers.
  • Manage and mentor the retail sales team, setting targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and generate innovative ideas.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of products that meet customer demand and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and identify new partnership opportunities to expand the business.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, refining strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and oversee retail pricing strategies to maximize profits while maintaining a competitive position in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with all retail regulations and maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail sales management with a focus on marketing strategies and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Indepth knowledge of retail pricing strategies and the ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management within a retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with retail software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Understanding of retail industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Certification in sales and marketing management or related field is a plus.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will be available for travel as needed to represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
