Sales Executive

Reliance Retail is a leading retailer in India, with a diverse portfolio of consumer electronics, fashion, and lifestyle products. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive - Area Development to join our team in Siliguri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and monitor competition.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control as per company policy.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and update sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in FMCG sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
- Proven expertise in sales strategy and planning to drive business growth.
- Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales and manage inventory levels.
- Proficient in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- In-depth product knowledge to educate and influence customers.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
