Drive Sales and Marketing Success in Retail

Fly2Infinity is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to lead our retail division to success. As a Sales and Marketing (Retail) professional, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and oversee marketing activities aimed at enhancing the retail division's brand image and attracting new customers.
  • Manage and mentor the retail sales team, setting targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and generate innovative ideas.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of products that meet customer demand and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and identify new partnership opportunities to expand the business.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, refining strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and oversee retail pricing strategies to maximize profits while maintaining a competitive position in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with all retail regulations and maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the retail sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to establish annual budgets and financial goals for the retail division.
  • Participate in retail industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and network with potential partners and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail sales management with a focus on marketing strategies and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Indepth knowledge of retail pricing strategies and the ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management within a retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and KPIs in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with retail software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Understanding of retail industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Certification in sales and marketing management or related field is a plus.
  • Availability for travel as needed to represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
