Key Responsibilities

The Field Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth by selling products and services directly to customers in the field. This role is essential in expanding our customer base and increasing brand awareness.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in field sales or a relevant role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
