Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our Siliguri team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and partners in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales and manage inventory levels.
