Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at Kushal's Fashion Jewellery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Determining customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
- Assisting customers with product selection, answering basic questions, and suggesting various product options that are available.
- Documenting customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
- Promptly and properly resolving customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
To succeed as a Customer Support Executive at Kushal's Fashion Jewellery, you will need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Experience with a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Added advantage of knowing other languages like Hindi and Kannada.
- Good comprehension skills.
- Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
- Interpersonal skills.
