Job Overview

Our team seeks a Growth and Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the education sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing B2B relationships with educational institutions, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients. Your primary goal will be to drive growth in designated regions through strategic planning, client onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at colleges and universities, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure timely updates are shared with internal teams and clients regarding performance, issues, and opportunities for growth.
  • Business Growth & Expansion:
  • Take ownership of growth in assigned regions, developing and implementing strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, leveraging your knowledge of the EdTech industry and CRM tools.
  • Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:
  • Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, providing necessary training and support to ensure they are well-equipped to use our platform.
  • Help institutions understand how our platform can enhance their services, driving growth and adoption.
  • Manage and support institutions during the initial stages of adoption, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
  • Training & Development:
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clients, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to maximize their use of our platform.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze growth metrics, ensuring goals are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Share timely updates with internal teams and clients regarding performance, issues, and opportunities for growth.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools, with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • A result-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
