
Business Growth Executive

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team in expanding market presence by acquiring new clients and developing dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional coverage.
- Drive dealer onboarding, training, and support to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Engage with large enterprises and consultants to position solutions.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase offerings.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and documents.
- Ensure timely order closures, payment collection, and account management.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management).
- 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries.
- Strong dealer/channel management background preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
