Key Responsibilities:

The General Manager is responsible for devising and executing strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy, break down complex problems, and drive clarity through structured problem-solving.

  • Program & Project Management

They will own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives, build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.

  • Operational Excellence

The General Manager will analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements, design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics, and champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

They will act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing, prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools
