Job Overview:

This key position plays a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
  • Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development).
  • A strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics) is required. The candidate should be able to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
