Financial Services Specialist

We are a technology-driven financial services platform that offers our customers user-friendly products related to banking, loans, and investments. Our mission is to provide users with seamless and intuitive solutions to manage their finances effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard medium and large corporates for salary account partnerships.
  • Drive the sales cycle: from pitching our offerings to corporates, to signing agreements, to employee onboarding.
  • Conduct activation drives and organize engagement camps for corporates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR/finance decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for employees of partner corporates, ensuring smooth resolution of queries/issues.
  • Cross-sell financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and investment offerings to salary account holders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, and support) to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Achieve targets for corporate onboarding, account activations, and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking/fintech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end sales closures independently.
  • High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with on-ground engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with financial products such as salary accounts, loans, and credit cards.

  • Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.
  • Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances.
  • Familiarity with predictive models and large-scale marketing automation.
