Job Description

As a seasoned business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the translation of business needs into actionable solutions that meet strategic goals.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
  • Define user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development processes.
  • Analyze e-commerce processes, identify gaps, and suggest optimizations to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create functional specifications for web and mobile platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support UAT and ensure final products meet business goals through thorough testing and quality assurance.
  • Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in e-commerce.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, including cart, checkout, order fulfillment, returns, etc.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
