The Opportunity:

  • Act as a key advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze operational setups to identify gaps and opportunities, using a data-driven approach to test solutions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 5 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or project management.
  • A proven track record in leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, or travel industry preferred.
