
Regional Marketing Activation Leader

As a regional marketing activation leader, you will be responsible for managing trade partnerships and brand visibility in retail channels. Your key focus areas include sales growth for independent sellers and non-independent outlets, closely working with local teams to achieve sales targets at key customers, and providing input for local strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage training and development of independent sellers and merchandisers to maximize their potential
- Responsible for delivering results by independent sellers and Merchandiser
- Ensure product placement, listing, and assortment as per the segmentation of outlet while close working with Account Managers
- Drive best-in-class marketing activity regionally
You are the right fit if you have:
- Preferably 5 years of sales experience from consumer goods industry
- A good understanding of marketing and sales functions of leading brands
- Leadership ability to handle and manage a team and get the best out of them
- Good planning, strong execution skills, experience in data analysis and reporting, and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and high commitment levels
- Open to travel
