Job title: Social Media 3 - 5 Brief:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content (text, video, and visuals), managing daily posts, and interacting with our online community to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

You should be well-versed in the latest social media trends and digital tools, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail and design. Your goal will be to maintain a consistent brand voice and grow our online audience, contributing to broader marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Create, edit, and share engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).

- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely responses to follower queries and comments.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, traffic).

- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

- Oversee the creative design and layout of social media profiles (cover photos, profile pictures, etc.).

- Stay updated on platform updates, social trends, and emerging tools to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.

- Propose and execute innovative campaigns, contests, and collaborations to build community and increase reach.

- Monitor SEO and web traffic to optimize content Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- Hands-on experience in content creation, analytics tools, and scheduling platforms

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of branding and online behavior

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
