Job Title: Digital Growth Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the seamless operation of our ecommerce platform.

In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. You will analyze full-funnel performance from ad click to checkout and identify friction points using tools like Clarity or Hotjar.

You will prioritize hypotheses based on impact and ease of implementation and develop strategies to optimize customer journey. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates.

Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop and implement ecommerce strategies. You will manage the optimization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data fluent - comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Clarity, Hotjar, Shopify/GA4 conversion data
  • Hypothesis-driven - able to ask 'why' before 'what'
  • Collaborative - able to work with designers, developers, and marketers without drowning them in jargon
  • Familiar with direct response marketing and UX design principles
