  • We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist who will consistently achieve elevated levels of customer satisfaction and excel in assuming complete accountability for ensuring our customers' delight.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, proficiency in using CRM software, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Ecommerce industry is a plus.

You should be able to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully. Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize is required. Working individually and as a team member is expected.
