Core Responsibilities- Support senior leaders in driving revenue growth and sales strategy.
- Contribute to business development, client outreach, and partnerships to close deals.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Create and execute strategies to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare sales decks, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to align efforts with revenue goals.
- Provide analytical and creative inputs for scaling the business and improving sales performance.
- Strong research, analytical, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Business acumen with high ownership and eagerness to learn.
