Senior Sales Director Opportunity
This is a high-impact sales leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end sales, revenue, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in the travel industry or e-commerce, capable of building and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's sales efforts and own end-to-end responsibility for sales, business development, and revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Develop sales strategies and execution plans to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee sales operations and resource planning to ensure profitable growth
- Define sales incentive and training programs
- Foster high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Hire, mentor, and develop top-performing sales professionals
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and detailed reporting
- Manage relationships with key accounts and participate in strategic deal closures
- Coordinate with travel specialists and agents to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven 7–18 years of experience in the travel industry or B2B/B2C service sectors
- Strong record in sales profitability, market penetration, and client acquisition
- Ability to lead, mentor, and drive performance in teams
- Timely revenue collection and proposal generation for potential clients
- Direct customer engagement through a relationship-based sales approach
- Achieving sales targets and handling national or zonal operations effectively
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a top-tier B-School (Tier 1 preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and key account management
- Experience in e-commerce or travel sector preferred
- Leadership experience in buying/merchant development or HORECA channel is an added advantage
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, dedicated, and goal-oriented professional
