About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and manage key accounts in the freight forwarding industry, particularly in the South India market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry, focusing on Air and Sea products.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle complex negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the company's market share in the South India region.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry with a strong understanding of Air and Sea products.
  • Proven track record in sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the South India freight forwarding market is essential.
