Regional Sales Manager Job Description

Sonata Software is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and enable sales teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive Salary: ₹25 Lakhs - ₹30 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Sonata Software offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
