We are seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and coaching, with experience in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective client relationships.
About the Role:- Develop and implement business growth strategies for our clients, focusing on increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, working closely with our team to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a consulting or coaching role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
