About the Role:

You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and scaling strategic projects. This is a hands-on position requiring strong execution skills, collaboration across teams and comfort with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project execution from start to finish: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution and measurement.
  • Analyse data and user feedback to inform initiative scaling, iteration or sunset decisions.
  • Develop frameworks and documentation to capture and share learnings within the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and pipeline development based on emerging market needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel expertise is a plus.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – solving open-ended problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments or internal strategy/innovation teams is preferred.
