About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with a rotational 2-week off schedule, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, as well as festival days.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling inbound and outbound calls, experience working in a call center or customer-support role, and excellent written and verbal-communication skills.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance targets.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Multitasking and managing time efficiently to meet business objectives.

Benefits
