Senior Business Development Representative for Strategic Partnerships

Razorpay is a leading payment and banking platform, and we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to lead our strategic partnerships in the Chartered Accountant space.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who can leverage their skills and network to establish strong relationships with key partners and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the payment industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and existing partner networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner firms, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each partner firm.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored proposals to address partner pain points and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the farming team to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of new partners.
Requirements
- A minimum of 0-6 months of sales experience, preferably in the payment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate complex deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
What We Offer
Competitive salary range: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month (dependent on location), plus additional benefits and bonuses.
