Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Alliance And Partnership professional to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Strategic Alliance And Partnership, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic alliances and partnerships that will enable us to expand our business and reach new markets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliance and partnership opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships and contractual agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Leverage existing partnerships to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of alliances and partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in strategic alliance and partnership management
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze market trends and competitors' activities
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
