
Senior Regional Business Development Manager

This role demands strategic oversight of client onboarding, ERP deployment, post-implementation relationship management, and achievement of commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational leadership, hospitality domain expertise, technical acumen, and implementation & engagement skills.
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong post-implementation relationships to drive product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through proactive client operations & resource management.
- Plan and execute monthly site visits for implementation, training, and review.
- Optimise resource allocation for support, rollouts, and training activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage performance & collections.
- Drive renewals and collections for Annual License Renewals (ALR) and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Use Microsoft Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Monitor team productivity, service quality, and adherence to operational standards.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Operate with high autonomy, driving results through independent decision-making and accountability.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closure, and account growth.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive moves, and new business opportunities in the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions to their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal channel teams to drive partner-led opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
- Build relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to enhance market presence.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned annual and quarterly sales targets.
