Regional Leadership Role

This role demands strategic oversight of client onboarding, ERP deployment, post-implementation relationship management, and achievement of commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational leadership, hospitality domain expertise, technical acumen, and implementation & engagement skills.

  • Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong post-implementation relationships to drive product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through proactive client operations & resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute monthly site visits for implementation, training, and review.
  • Optimise resource allocation for support, rollouts, and training activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage performance & collections.
Requirements:
  • Drive renewals and collections for Annual License Renewals (ALR) and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Monitor team productivity, service quality, and adherence to operational standards.

  • Build relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to enhance market presence.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned annual and quarterly sales targets.
