Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Luxury Sourcing Specialist in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region.

  • This individual will leverage their deep local network, strong relationship-building skills, and go-getter attitude to build and nurture a robust pipeline of clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will lead and mentor a team of sourcing specialists across site locations, setting daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.
  • They will review team performance regularly, drive target achievement through structured planning, and source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane.
  • Additionally, they will build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources, track quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team, and coordinate with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
  • The ideal candidate will also identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai, conduct CP onboarding sessions, and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals.
  • They will strengthen relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures, engage with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs, track and evaluate CP performance, resolve partner queries, and drive continued engagement.
  • Furthermore, the successful candidate will maintain a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics, share daily/weekly updates with the leadership team on sourcing pipeline, , CP activity, and conversion ratios, and closures, and monitor competition channel activity and share market insights.
  • They will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs, ensuring real-time updates are shared with the CPs regarding pricing, inventory, and offers.
