Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Relationship Management
  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues through regular engagement and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder matrices per category/location to ensure optimal collaboration and results-driven outcomes.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Sourcing Planning and Optimization
  • Analyze spend and contract data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Design and execute global and regional sourcing plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Leadership and Management
  • Lead and execute IT sourcing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Deliver allocated savings targets through effective project management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Adhere to defined sourcing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
Sourcing Support and Expertise
  • Provide expert guidance and support on sourcing matters to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sourcing solutions to drive business success.
