Real Estate Sourcing Manager/Associate – Client Acquisition

As a key member of our organization, this role focuses on driving sales across various luxury projects. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers to achieve project sales goals.

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project objectives.
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects.
  • Track the quality of leads generated by the sourcing team and pre-sales team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree from any discipline is essential.
  • An MBA or PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate would be beneficial.

Key Competencies:

  • The ability to develop a strong network of channel partners is crucial.
  • Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Essential Skills:
  • Local market knowledge of residential, retail, and commercial real estate is vital.
