We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with strong architectural knowledge to lead our interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning
    • Develop innovative interior concepts and layouts that meet client requirements and functional needs.
    • Design spaces that are visually appealing, functional, and safe.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings
    • Create accurate 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
    • Ensure all designs are technically sound and feasible.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection
    • Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors.
    • Work with clients to select materials and finishes that meet their preferences and budget.
  • Décor & Styling
    • Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative.
    • Work with vendors and contractors to source materials and products.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination
    • Oversee all aspects of project delivery from conceptual design to completion.
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Client Interaction
    • Presentation of design ideas to clients.
    • Collecting feedback from clients and modifying plans accordingly.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • A degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
    • 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus.
    • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
    • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing.
    • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
    • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
