Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Professional with a strong background in residential interior design.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing detailed drawings and layouts for interior projects and working closely with the design team to bring concepts to life.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD
  • Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and other technical drawings
  • Coordinate with designers and site teams to ensure design accuracy
  • Revise drawings based on feedback from clients or senior designers
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and regulations
  • Assist in material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of drawings and design records

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drafting for residential interiors
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
  • Knowledge of basic interior design principles and site coordination
  • Familiarity with residential interior standards and detailing
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
