At Jaipur Rugs, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Interior Designer Sales representative.

We are a social enterprise that connects rural craftsmanship with global markets through our luxurious handmade carpets. Our unique business model provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep, eliminating the need for middlemen.

Our company has a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. We export our products to more than 45 countries, with our US sales arm, Jaipur Living, Inc., located in Georgia, Atlanta.

Job Description
  • Client Experience: Responsible for delivering exceptional in-store client experience, servicing, and sales.
  • Walk-in Management: Handle and greet walk-in IDAs and customers professionally.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
  • Task Execution: Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and maintain necessary documents.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team during client visits and provide end-to-end coordination with designers and architects.
  • Mood Board Development: Develop and present detailed mood boards that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with luxury designing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or in similar categories of design or luxury.
  • Educational Background: Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field: Design, Marketing, CRM preferred.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project business handling.
