Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for FTWZ facilities and services.
- Create and manage marketing materials.
- Identify and connect with potential customers.
- Develop channel partners for sales and marketing.
- Structure commercial offers suitable to customer requirements.
- Plan and manage commercial activities and customer engagement strategies.
- Own customer relations and set up efficient customer service processes.
- Adhere to DP World policies on credit control and credit offerings.
- Share knowledge of the EXIM industry landscape and competitors.
- Implement customer management tools for high-quality customer service.
- Own marketing data and provide monthly reports.
- Assist in arranging trade gatherings and functions.
- Align with the Company Media and Brand Communications policy.
Education Qualification:
Graduate with a Master's in Management or Diploma in Business Management from a reputable institution.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial or sales functions in a FTWZ/SEZ/logistics/freight forwarding company or supply chain management department of major MNCs.
