Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ocean Operational Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the OCE Strategy in their geographical area, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in ocean import and export operations, with expertise in warehousing, transport, business development, solution design, and customs and freight management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Customer level CM1 (contribution margin) for the location
  • Deliver on the OCE Strategy in the geographical area covered by the Branches
  • Provide leadership in the areas of product and business development
  • Manage people and develop organizational talent

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in ocean import and export operations
  • Expertise in warehousing, transport, business development, solution design, and customs and freight management
  • Strong analytical capabilities to determine direction for OCE product
  • Strategically minded and innovative
  • Right sense of urgency
  • Strong Operational Understanding
  • People management experience
