Job Overview

As an Ocean Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering on the company's commercial and operational strategy within your designated geographical area. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor customer-level CM1 (contribution margin) for the location and ensure that financial and operational targets are met as per the branch business plan and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer-level CM1 (contribution margin) for the location
  • Deliver on the OCE Strategy (Commercial & Operational) in the geographical area covered by the Branches
  • Provide leadership in the areas of product and business development
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in ocean import and export operations with Logistics industry
  • Experience and knowledge in warehousing, transport, business development, solution design, and customs and Freight
  • Strategically minded and innovative
  • Right sense of urgency
  • Strong Operational Understanding
  • Analytical capabilities to determine direction for OCE product
  • People management experience with ability to develop organizational talent

Requirements:
