Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Subject Matter Expert to provide top-notch support in Google Workspace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level technical assistance and guidance to ensure seamless user experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and ticketing tools, as well as excellent communication and typing skills. They will work closely with our stakeholders to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Troubleshooting: 2-8 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (Preferably TAC support) for Google Workspace (GWS)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing Speed: Good typing speed (preferably 30 to 50 WPM)
  • Ticketing Tools: Knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL framework

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred
  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and rotation shifts
  • Candidates must have registered EPs
  • Submission of a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive is mandatory
