Optimize Tech Architecture

We are seeking a skilled backend developer to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our tech architecture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing technical systems for large-scale e-commerce companies. Our tech infrastructure consists of:

  • Over 120 high-traffic eCommerce websites serving customers worldwide
  • Business analytics that inform product selection, customer growth, and retention strategies
  • ERP software managing our global operations
  • Software enabling us to crawl product listings at scale
  • Modules across functions, including marketing, logistics, customer support, finance, and workflow management

The successful candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing data, processes, and code to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive code
  • Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry trends
  • Recording data and reporting it to relevant parties
  • Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices and assist other team members
  • Taking lead on projects as needed
