Expert Oracle EBS R12 Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical assistance for our Sales and Distribution team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving complex issues in Oracle EBS R12, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Oracle EBS Technical Support (R12)
  • Oracle Forms & Reports
  • PL/SQL Development
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules

Relevant Module Experience:
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Shipping Execution
  • Inventory (INV)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Trading Community Architecture (TCA)

About the Role:
This is a 6-month contract position that requires remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues across various Oracle EBS layers and implementing effective resolutions. They will also independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  • Proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes
