Job Title: Incentive Compensation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled incentive compensation analyst to lead our managed services for a life sciences account. As an incentive compensation analyst, you will be responsible for working with client process owners to deliver end-to-end managed services utilizing our platform of choice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales force effectiveness/analytics with a leading pharma company/service provider, familiarity with US Pharma commercial operations, and functional experience in incentive compensation offerings like goal setting, payout design, contest management.

The successful candidate will demonstrate operational excellence in SFE, a track record of delivering results within tight deadlines, and flexibility to adapt to various engagement types, working hours, and work environments.

  • Drive incentive compensation operational tasks at offshore providing support to US business including management of deliverables, quality control process, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, workflow process, and local support functions.
  • Manage IC deliverables for US Business, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives.
  • Provide guidance for efficient and high-quality functional inputs.
  • Promote synergy and best practice sharing among resources.
  • Drive collaboration with Organizations in managing high standards of communication.

Required qualifications include BE/B-Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA degrees, and relevant experience in sales force effectiveness/analytics.
