Job Description:

This Tele-Sales position at NNIIT involves engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline as part of our outreach team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Make 400–450 high-volume calls daily to prospective clients across the K9 and K12 - JEE, NEET education segments
  2. Identify client needs, provide relevant information, and nurture leads from initial contact to warm stage
  3. Build rapport with clients by addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and guiding them toward appropriate solutions
  4. Schedule and perform follow-up calls to ensure sustained client engagement and progress in the sales funnel
  5. Accurately log interactions, update client data, and manage leads within the CRM system
  6. C Coordinate with the Inside Sales team to transfer warm leads and support the closure process
  7. Work towards individual and team targets, ensuring timely and quality outreach

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
  2. 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer support, or sales roles (experience in Ed-tech is an added advantage)
  3. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Telugu, with an ability to connect with diverse client groups
  4. High level of patience, active listening, and persuasion
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus
  6. Ability to meet and exceed daily calling and engagement goals
