We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Owfis JobPe Technologies Pvt Ltd.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and client management within the technology sector.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the EdTech industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
