We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to take on new challenges and responsibilities. You will be working closely with our customers to resolve complex technical issues, provide configuration and troubleshooting guidance, and manage support cases from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve support services
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a technical support environment, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or networking
- A strong understanding of IPSEC, TCP/IP, PKI, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing (BGP), and firewall management
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, MAC, Linux, and IOS
- Familiarity with tools like Chrome Developer Tools and authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP, RADIUS)
