Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global team of cybersecurity experts. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support to our customers, analyzing complex issues and offering solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or remote sessions
  • Triage customer-reported issues and escalating them to the relevant teams when necessary
  • Performing advanced troubleshooting at the application level and OS level
  • Identifying fault areas (code, environment, configuration) and collaborating with internal teams to implement fixes
  • Providing timely feedback on the development process for customer-reported product problems
  • Documenting actions to effectively communicate information internally and externally
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent military experience
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven expertise in Windows, Linux and macOS applications (installation, troubleshooting, debugging)
  • Familiarity with endpoint security technologies (XDR, SOAR, SIEM)
  • Knowledge of malware, exploits, operating system structure and behavior
  • Experience with Android-based applications (installation, troubleshooting, debugging)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (SCCM, GPO, AD, MSSQL, IIS)
  • Familiarity with endpoint security software (antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC)
  • Understanding of SIEM tools, vulnerability management tools and firewalls
