At the forefront of cybersecurity, we are dedicated to providing unparalleled support to our clients. Our team of Senior Technical Support Engineers plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless product experiences, partnering with customers to mitigate risks and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

This dynamic role requires exceptional fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems. You will engage proactively and reactively with customers, working collaboratively with Technical Account Managers to become an integral part of their teams. Your mission is to provide timely solutions, update customer cases, and document technical solutions and product information for future reference.

Impact on Customer Success

  • Provide proactive and reactive technical support to top-tier customers
  • Conduct configuration reviews, troubleshooting, and best practices to optimize named customer performance
  • Manage support cases efficiently, ensuring issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce customer issues and resolve technical concerns
  • Review and maintain technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing, technical support roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP, Routing & Switching (OSPF / BGP / VLAN / STP)
  • Experience with Palo Alto Networks products and technology
  • Ability to independently debug complex networks with diverse media and protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
