
Develop Compensation Management Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Management System Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our compensation management system.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end Varicent (v10) development, proficiency in writing SQL queries, and knowledge of Python programming language. Additionally, they should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Development: Design and develop reliable, scalable, and efficient application managing all phases of SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and documentation.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide production support, handle change requests and incidents within agreed SLA, and perform QA testing, support UAT activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to drive innovation and participate in retrospective meetings to improve delivery quality and timeline.
- Experience: Min 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Varicent (v10) development.
- Skills: Proficient in writing SQL queries, knowledge of Python programming language, and experience with Agile methodology.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
