About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting a compensation management tool and its dependent systems.

  • Provide detailed analysis of system defects/bugs and suggest potential solutions along with change and risk assessments.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize calculations, reports, and other tools within the application.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights as directed.
  • Assist with data load processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for logic flows, user interfaces, data stores, workflows, etc.
  • Document key decisions made, dependencies, potential issues, and critical tasks related to assigned projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data as needed.

About You

Youre a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • 6+ years of experience with compensation management tools with 4+ years of experience with sales compensation software/application.
  • Experience building and maintaining configuration tables based on changing business needs.
  • Extensive experience building and maintaining calculations within a compensation model.
  • Experience with data mapping, workflow construction, report design and build, and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes for data integration tasks.
  • Database query design, data handling and data integration skills (SQL, Excel)
  • Programming Language proficiency (JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
  • Use industry experience to identify optimal solutions for system improvements.
  • Configure products based on customer requirements.
  • Consult customers on proven approaches to satisfy their requests.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking ability to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to provide updates for stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple objectives with competing demands for resources.
  • Ability to adapt to change and attention to detail.
